Postage for deliveries is calculated by weight at the checkout
All the items in this shop are in stock. I aim to dispatch goods within 4 working days and delivery should 2-3 days in Ireland, 3-5 days for UK and up to 7 days for the Rest of the World
Back orders or Custom made pieces take 3 to 6 weeks and due to the processes involved in producing ceramics. If you need an item by a date between 3 - 6 weeks, please do get in touch with me to discuss time-scale as I am always happy to work to your deadlines if they are achievable.
Returns Policy
I must be notified within 7 days regarding work damaged in delivery, so that it may be reported to the courier. Please photograph the damage and email it to us.
Work that is broken in transit will be replaced immediately, at no cost to the customer. In the event of custom made pieces, a full refund will be given.
