Delivery

Postage for deliveries is calculated at the checkout.

All the items in this shop are in stock. I aim to dispatch goods within 4 working days and delivery should take 3-4 days.

Back orders or Custom made pieces take 3 to 6 weeks and due to the processes involved in producing ceramics. If you need an item by a certain date, please do get in touch with me to discuss time-scale as I am always happy to work to your deadlines if they are achievable.

Payment

Payment can be made with your credit card through PayPal or by using your PayPal account or using Stripe with your credit card. Both of these payment methods are safe, secure and an easy way to buy online.

Refunds and Exchanges

I must be notified within 7 days regarding work damaged in delivery, so that it may be reported to the courier. Please photograph the damage and email it to us.
Work that is broken in transit will be replaced immediately, at no cost to the customer. In the event of custom made pieces, a full refund will be given.

I would like you to LOVE your purchase, so please contact me if you would like more information or more images prior to purchasing. If for some reason you are not satisfied please email me within three days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return delivery costs. I do not accept returns of custom made/ bespoke orders.
